Our history
To enable the electrical industry in Australia to compete fimcen was founded to supplement engineering services to increase your productivity.
Established by Neelan Mahendran on the 20th May 2020 the idea was born from the need to help smaller businesses achieve big things whilst competing against large organisations.
COVID 19, the pandemic of the 21st century provided the opportunity, the strength and determination to create something which was more about the community and helping others ethically and with passion.

About the founder
Neelan is a first generation immigrant from Sri Lanka who arrived in 1985. He is the proud father of 2 incredible men and extremely grateful for the country he lives in.
After getting his Associate Diploma in Electrical Engineering, he undertook the Aussie right of passage by travelling to Europe.
Neelan has now spent the better part of 18 years in the electrical industry from customer service to business management. He is no stranger to hard work and he values relationships and people.
